設(shè)計特點：法蘭連接、釜蓋提升、可傾倒出料或下出料材質(zhì)： 1Cr18Ni9Ti、1Cr18Ni12M02Ti、TA2等優(yōu)質(zhì)材料（可選）特殊要求可進行加襯處理，以提高材料的抗強腐蝕能力。

機械和連接結(jié)構(gòu)：連接結(jié)構(gòu)采用螺栓式結(jié)構(gòu)或快開式卡環(huán)連接，同時釜蓋可提升，釜體可取下。

攪拌方式：采用強磁筒形回轉(zhuǎn)式耦合結(jié)構(gòu)，拌速度為0～1000r/min， 并可根據(jù)用戶需要對攪拌能力進行調(diào)

節(jié)。

安全性：反應釜配有安全閥，安全閥采用爆破膜片，爆破數(shù)值誤差小，瞬間排氣速度快，安全可靠。反應釜各閥采用針形閥， 往復關(guān)閉形式，密封可靠經(jīng)久耐用，各類閥安裝合理，泄放暢通，。

加熱方式：采用電加熱方式。也可根據(jù)客戶需要提供電加熱型，液體加熱型，電、液兩用加熱型。

控制系統(tǒng)：配備相關(guān)智能控制儀，控制儀采用智能化數(shù)字控制儀表，提供對電機轉(zhuǎn)速、釜內(nèi)反應溫度及壓力等的數(shù)據(jù)采集和控制，具有精度高、操作簡便、抗力強等特點。

Mechanical and structural connection: Structural connection with bolts type structure or fast open loop connection, also can promote the kettle cover, axe body can be taken down.

Agitation modes: Use strong magnetic cylinder rotary coupling structure, stirring speed is 0～1000r/min, and based on user needs to stir ability to adjust.

Security: The reaction kettle equipped with safety valve, that used of blasting diaphragm, blasting by blasting numerical small error, instantly exhaust fast, safe and reliable. The reaction kettle each valve adopts of the needle valve, reciprocating closed form, sealing is reliable and durable, all kinds of valve is reasonable, bleeder unblocked and no dead angle.

Heating mode: Use electric heating mode. Can also according to customer need to provide electrical heating type, liquid heating type, electricity, liquid amphibious heat-activable type.

Control system: Equipped with relevant intelligent control apparatus, meter control using intelligent digital control meter, provide data acquisition and control of the motor speed, reaction temperature and pressure within the kettle, with high precision, simple operation, strong anti-jamming capability etc..
