概述：該機結構緊湊、體積小、重量輕、易操作、噪音低、運轉平穩(wěn)，其的特點是在生產中不研磨物料，集高速剪切、混合、分散、均質于一體。剪切機頭采用爪式、雙向吸料結構，避免了上部物料難以吸入而造成的死角和漩渦現象，高速旋轉的轉子產生強勁的剪切力，使剪切率更高，剪切力更強。在轉子產生的離心力作用下，將物料從徑向甩入定、轉子之間狹窄精密的間隙中，同時受到離心擠壓、撞擊等作用力，使物料得到充分分散、混合、乳化。
注：如在真空狀態(tài)或帶壓容器上使用，剪切機電機支座需另行配置相應的機械密封裝置。

Note: If it used under a vacuum or pressure vessel,the motor bearings of shearing machine need to be configured with the corresponding mechanical seal (Pictures for reference only.).
