高剪切乳化罐

High shear emulsification tank

Overview：The machine structure is of compact, small size, light weight, easy operation, low noise, smooth operation. Its biggest feature is that it does not grind the material in the production process, set ofhigh speed cutting, mixing, dispersing, homogenizing in one. Cutting head with claw, two-way suction structure, avoid of the difficult inhalation of the upper materialcaused to the phenomenon of dead space and the whirlpool,high-speed rotation of the rotor generate strong shear force, make the shear rate higher the shear force stronger.Under the action of centrifugal force generated in the rotor ,thrown the material from the radial to precision narrow gap between the stator and rotor.Be given centrifugal extrusion, impact and other forces contemporary. So that the materialis fullydispersed, mixed, emulsified.

Note: If it used under a vacuum or pressure vessel, the motor bearings of shearing machine need to be configured with the corresponding mechanical seal (Pictures for reference only.).
