前級(jí)室: 0.05 Torr (0.067 mbar);
0.5 Torr (0.67 mbar)

< 6 torr/hour

> 12 hours

520 lbs

Optional :

You may choose humidity and oxygen analyzer below at extra cost to monitor gas humidity and oxygen content inside globe box

Low cost Digital Humidity & Temperature Monitor	Precision humidity analyzer	Trace Oxygen Analyzer (0.01 -3000PPM ) with KF40 Connector

Please call or us to get price and lead time for multi-pins feed through on the glove box if you need to measure the sample inside the chamber, MTI's technician can provide a solution with no impact on sealing (leaking rate less than 6torr/hour) in an affordable price , click the picture below to see our perfect customization:

16 pins electrical feed through outside the glove box

(4 pins per one feed through)

16 pins electrical feed through inside the glove box

(4 pins per one feed through)

The control of glove box humidity is achieved by using either manual purging system or Gas Purification System.
- Himidity Range 4~5% Rh: According to our experimental results, manually purging the system for 6 cycles by using the N2 gas supply tank
- Himidity Range < 2% Rh: If you need to achieve a himidity level lower than 2% Rh, please either use gas supply with 99.9999% gas puritywith moisture filter or a Recirculating Gas Purification Systemfor purging.
