頂驅(qū)濕法制粒機(jī)采用頂部驅(qū)動的方式，將傳動與密封置于設(shè)備上部，避免出現(xiàn)水、物料或粉塵滲入驅(qū)動機(jī)構(gòu)，通過增加真空泵和加熱夾套，可實現(xiàn)真空干燥，從而在一臺設(shè)備上完成混合、制粒、干燥、整粒工序。設(shè)備可實現(xiàn)密閉進(jìn)料，密閉出料，工作過程中密閉無泄漏，適用于高活性物料生產(chǎn)，是未來固體制劑生產(chǎn)的重要工藝設(shè)備。
The top drive wet type rapid mixer granulator adopts the top drive method, placing the tr ansmission and sealing on the upper part of the equipment to prevent water, material or dust from infiltrating the drive mechanism. By adding a vacuum pump and a heating jacket to achive vacuum drying, thus one
