Features:

1、 采用國內新型的大傳動機構，由排鏈帶動主傳動軸，免除了其它齒輪傳動的誤差和噪音。

It adopts the newest type high-power transmission mechanism to arrange the chain and drive the main driving shaft. The errors and noises of other gear wheel transmission can be avoided.

2、 電器采用進口控制系統(tǒng)，便可按照客戶要求，配置缺料漏補裝置和缺粒檢測剔除裝置。

Imported controlling system is adopted; also it can be equipped with detecting and rejection function device for number of medicines according to the user’s requirement.

3、采用光電控制系統(tǒng)，PVC、PTP、硬鋁包裝自動送料、廢邊自動沖切裝置，確保超長距離多工位同步穩(wěn)定性。It adopts photoelectrical controlling system to make PVC, PTP, Aluminum/Aluminum material to be automatically fed and waste side to be cut automatically to guarantee the Synchronous stability of over- length distance and multi stations.

4、可另配光電檢測校正裝置，配進口步進電機牽引，圖文對版印刷包裝，優(yōu)化包裝物檔次。It can be optional equipped with photocell correction device, imported stepper motor traction and image- character register to optimize packing grade.

液體灌裝的說明

1、采用柱塞式計量泵執(zhí)行灌裝，精度高；泵的結構采用快接式拆卸機構，便于清洗、消毒。

2、PLC控制系統(tǒng)，彩色觸摸屏顯示。

3、灌裝針頭設有防滴漏裝置。

4.灌裝精度±05% 灌裝倆常規(guī)：5-25毫升（裝量客戶根據客戶定制）

5、機器外殼和接觸液體部分由不銹鋼材料制成，符合GMP標準。

The features of lquid filling
1. It adopts plunger type metering pump for filling,it is high in precision, the structure of the pump is easy to install and uninstall, and convenient for cleaning and sterilizing.
2. PLC control system, color   touch screen display.
3.The filling head has the anti- dropping device
4. The filling precision is ±05%， the filling volume is 5-25ml( can be customized)
5. The frame of the machine and contact parts with material are bothmade from stainless steel, it meets with the GMP COMPLETELY.
