本產品配有“過熱”純蒸汽發(fā)生器，可產出“過熱”純蒸汽，對遠距離的設備進行滅菌消毒時，“過熱”純蒸汽在到達使用點之前，流動阻力和蒸汽管路散熱效應可消除“過熱”純蒸汽的“過熱度”，轉換成不含凝結水的“飽和”純蒸汽，因此對(150—1000m)遠距離的用汽點進行滅菌消毒，仍具有時間短、效果好的優(yōu)點。對于遠距離設備滅菌消毒，應根據(jù)距離的增加適當提高純蒸汽的“過熱度”，以保證純蒸汽的“過熱度”保持的時間長一些，這樣也就保證了蒸汽到達使用點的純度。
