PBS-150高速擺動數(shù)片機（High-speed Double-disc Counting Machine）產(chǎn)品介紹：1、主機采用變頻調(diào)速自動控制技術(shù)，主機生產(chǎn)速度，篩動頻率，均可自行調(diào)節(jié)。
2、機內(nèi)配備自動安全及保護裝置,避免物料不必要的浪費,在空瓶未到達生產(chǎn)工位時,主機為停止狀態(tài),到達工位時自動開機,確保生產(chǎn)中計數(shù)、裝瓶準確性。
3、二只閘瓶裝置采用亞德客生產(chǎn)的汽缸攔瓶，動作靈敏、可靠、便于調(diào)節(jié)。
4、擺機構(gòu)采用國內(nèi)比較*的“內(nèi)控中心軸偏位”結(jié)構(gòu)，變頻調(diào)速生產(chǎn)擺動效果，噪音低、調(diào)速方便，避免了國內(nèi)現(xiàn)行由蝸輪、蝸桿軸向間隙竄動產(chǎn)生振動而引發(fā)的易損壞及調(diào)整較難等問題。
5、當進瓶無瓶或出瓶及瓶子堆積時，數(shù)片盤自動停止運轉(zhuǎn)，不進行數(shù)片工作，但仍保持啟動狀態(tài)，等待瓶子的到來和出瓶時，機器自動恢復數(shù)片工作。
6、采用箱體內(nèi)平面萬向節(jié)機構(gòu)，解決國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品萬向節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)動死角的問題。

4.Swing mechanism adopts demestic the most advanced “internal control center axis
deviation”structure.Variable frequency speed makes swing effect,low noise and convenient adjustment.It
avoids damage and more difficult adjustable issues such as domestic current by the worm gear worm axial
clearnce vibration caused by the movement.
5.When the bottle comes with no bottle or a bottle out with bottle packing,the counting plate will stop running
automatically and not work,but still maintain the start state.Waiting for the arriveal of the bottle or out of the
bottle,the maching returns to work automatically.
6.The machine adopts the plate gimbal mechanism in the box body to solve the similar gimbal rotation angle
problem in thedomestic products.
