ZGH型立式高速混合機是我公司集技術，研制的高效混合機，其主要特點如下：

★利用安裝于機體底部的立式高速轉動槳葉形成的離心力并作用于物料，使之形成外圍向上翻滾．中心向下凹陷的旋渦狀，使物料內、外圈，上、下層充分攪拌混合，

★利用安裝于機器側壁的高速碎料槳葉，將外圈翻滾起來的物料打碎，同時起到擾動的作用，加大物料間的相對運動，提高混合效果，

★由于上述兩種槳葉的共同作用，能使物料在較短時間內達到混合充分、均勻的目的，其效率是國內其它各種混合機都*的.

★混合倉*，放料迅速，易清洗，

★該機物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，混合過程中不會產生物料揮發(fā)、變質或流失等現(xiàn)象，保障了工藝配比要求，

★該機適用于不同比例的干、濕物料的混合，特別適用于雞精、藥品沖劑、飲料沖劑等多種復雜物料的混合攪拌。
