基本用途

◆ BLM-H貼標簽機屬于自動底面貼標機系列，適用于在各種物品的底面及底部平面貼標簽或不干膠膜，如瓶子、盒子、紙箱、罐頭等（必須直立運行的產(chǎn)品），更換覆標機構(gòu)可適用于不平整底面貼標，貼標機械設(shè)備應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品的底面貼標及規(guī)格范圍大的底面類物體貼標。
可選配在線打印貼標機或噴碼機到貼標頭，可實現(xiàn)在標簽上打印電子監(jiān)管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號和噴印條碼、二維碼追溯等信息。
可選視覺檢測設(shè)備、輸送帶/傳送帶，實現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品進行視覺檢測剔除功能，可增加自動化生產(chǎn)線、流水線及碼垛機器人對后段包裝產(chǎn)品的裝箱、封箱等。

工作原理
◆ 核心工作原理：傳感器檢測到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過，傳回信號到貼標控制系統(tǒng)，信號經(jīng)過PLC處理后，在適當時刻送出標簽貼附在產(chǎn)品設(shè)定位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標裝置，標簽被覆牢固，一張標簽的貼附動作完成。
◆ 操作過程：放產(chǎn)品（可接流水線）—>產(chǎn)品輸送（自動實現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品糾正（自動實現(xiàn)）—>產(chǎn)品檢測（自動實現(xiàn)）—>貼標（自動實現(xiàn)）—>覆標（自動實現(xiàn)）—>收集已貼標產(chǎn)品。

Working principle

_Core working principle: Sensor detects product process, sends back signal to labeling control system. After signal is processed by PLC, label is sent out and attached to the set position of the product at the appropriate time. The product flows through the labeling device, the label is firmly covered, and the affixing action of a label is completed.
