基本用途

◆ BLM-H貼標(biāo)簽機(jī)屬于自動(dòng)底面貼標(biāo)機(jī)系列，適用于在各種物品的底面及底部平面貼標(biāo)簽或不干膠膜，如瓶子、盒子、紙箱、罐頭等（必須直立運(yùn)行的產(chǎn)品），更換覆標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)可適用于不平整底面貼標(biāo)，貼標(biāo)機(jī)械設(shè)備應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品的底面貼標(biāo)及規(guī)格范圍大的底面類物體貼標(biāo)。
可選配在線打印貼標(biāo)機(jī)或噴碼機(jī)到貼標(biāo)頭，可實(shí)現(xiàn)在標(biāo)簽上打印電子監(jiān)管碼、生產(chǎn)日期、批號和噴印條碼、二維碼追溯等信息。
可選視覺檢測設(shè)備、輸送帶/傳送帶，實(shí)現(xiàn)對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行視覺檢測剔除功能，可增加自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線、流水線及碼垛機(jī)器人對后段包裝產(chǎn)品的裝箱、封箱等。

工作原理
◆ 核心工作原理：傳感器檢測到產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過，傳回信號到貼標(biāo)控制系統(tǒng)，信號經(jīng)過PLC處理后，在適當(dāng)時(shí)刻送出標(biāo)簽貼附在產(chǎn)品設(shè)定位置上，產(chǎn)品流經(jīng)覆標(biāo)裝置，標(biāo)簽被覆牢固，一張標(biāo)簽的貼附動(dòng)作完成。

Working principle

_Core working principle: Sensor detects product process, sends back signal to labeling control system. After signal is processed by PLC, label is sent out and attached to the set position of the product at the appropriate time. The product flows through the labeling device, the label is firmly covered, and the affixing action of a label is completed.
