◆熱空氣切線進(jìn)入干燥器底部，在攪拌器帶動(dòng)下形成強(qiáng)有力的旋轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)場(chǎng)。膏狀物料由螺旋加料器進(jìn)入干燥器內(nèi)，在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)攪拌槳的強(qiáng)烈作用下，物料受撞擊、磨擦及剪切力的作用下得到分散，塊狀物料迅速粉碎，與熱空氣充分接觸、受熱、干燥。脫水后的干物料隨熱氣流上升，分級(jí)環(huán)將大顆粒截留，小顆粒從環(huán)中心排出干燥器外，由旋風(fēng)分離器和除塵器回收，未干透或大塊物料受離心力作用甩向器壁，重新落到底部被粉碎干燥。

◆The hot air enters into the bottom of the dryer in tangent direction.Under the driving of the stirrer, a powerful rotating wind area is formed.The paste state materials enter into the dryer through the screwcharger. Under the powerful effect of stirring at high-speed rotation,the materials are distributed under the function of strike, friction andshearing force. The block state materials will soon be smashed andcontact the hot air fully and the materials are heated and dried. Thedried materials after the de-watering will go up with the hot-air flow.The grading rings will stop and keep the big particles. Small particleswill be discharged out of the dryer from the ring center and will becollected in the cyclone and dust collector. The not-fully-dried or bigpiece materials will be sent to the wall of the equipment by centrifugalforce and be smashed again after they fall down to the bottom.
