ZDJL series · High precision automatic feeding machine
working principle:
Under the action of the upper stirring blade, the material in the stock bin is loosened and falls into the lower quantitative feeding device. The built-in discharging scraper scrapes the material into the discharge port at a certain speed to achieve the quantitative feeding. purpose.

4.

1. The feeding speed is uniform and continuous, and due to the stirring effect, the materials are not easy to stick to the wall and accumulate.
2. The feeding speed can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the main shaft and the opening degree of the discharge valve for more flexibility.
3. The internal easy-to-wear parts (including stirring blades, discharging scrapers, etc.) can be protected by engineering ceramics as required to meet the requirements of most high-tech materials to avoid contamination by metal impurities.
