Due to the breathing valve is fixed to the top of the tank ventilation means, in order to ensure the normal state of the pressure inside the tank to prevent the tank overpressure or ultra-high vacuum, so that the tank has suffered damage, and also to reduce volatilization loss of liquid in the tank can play a role in.

And storage of chemicals, some chemical medium due to the temperature dependence, need to tanks and breathing valve warm. Special breathing valve, directly connected with the atmosphere, cooling fast, such as improper precautionary measures in the breathing valve Oral Department crystallization or polymerization, and will result in the tank being sucked deflated or broken (There have been several similar incidents) especially storage media xylene, propyl acetate, polyvinyl chloride.

Another example of the cold northern regions, due to the low temperature for a long time, since the oil is stored, but the moisture relationship also cause breathing valve disc and seal line between the corrugated flame arrester with cracks icing. Although some tank farm capable of hot vapor trip, but to little avail forced to stop working, affecting the normal production losses to the national economy

In order to solve the above problems, I developed a special jacket breathing valve and jacket Fire breathing valve to fill the gap. Products coupled with jacketed the breathing valve body peripheral compartment, set the vapor interface and the condensate outlet, the deployment of the appropriate temperature steam into the jacket layer, and a full range of warm breathing valve valve chamber and the flame arrester. In this way, you can solve the operational safety of the chemicals stored in special temperature

requirements, but also solve the cold winter oil storage and transportation can operate at any time to worry about. Its economic and social benefits are significant.

Novel scientific, reasonable and compact structure, type specifications. Bicyclic compartment sealing performance, and easy to check and have a safe and reliable. Especially suitable for oil storage and transportation tanks of chemicals, chemical fiber tank farm and cold regions.
