自動(dòng)復(fù)位：濕粘黑泥中大塊雜物通過磨輥間隙時(shí)，動(dòng)輥反方向擺動(dòng)，動(dòng)輥與靜輥之間的距離變大，雜物降落，動(dòng)輥在自身彈簧彈力作用下，自動(dòng)復(fù)位；

技術(shù)原理Work principle
無(wú)規(guī)則狀的濕粘黑泥，經(jīng)過輥盤滾壓，變成成型的泥條。在刮片的作用下，經(jīng)過圓錐孔的泥條被刮下，隨即傳輸?shù)较聜€(gè)工序中。濕粘黑泥中的雜質(zhì)諸如石塊、樹枝、金屬物等，由于尺寸過大無(wú)法通過輥盤孔徑，則活動(dòng)輥盤發(fā)生擺動(dòng)，遠(yuǎn)離固定輥盤，使得這些雜質(zhì)掉落到下面的皮帶上。
The black clay, filtered in uniform sizes by means of suitable conveying scrapers fitted inside the rollers, is separated in thin layers. This allows to have an efficient mixing and a better homogeneity of the clay that will be then sent to the following machines through a conveyor built in proper hoppers. The presence of impurities as stones, roots, metal bodies etc., bigger than the holes of the rollers will cause the shifting of the movable roller which moving away from the fix one, will allow their passage and the conveyance to a belt conveyor fitted underneath.
