微波干燥機的加熱原理
微波是指頻率在300兆赫茲到300千兆赫茲的電磁波。被加熱介質(zhì)物料中的水分子是極性分子。它在快速變化的高頻電磁場作用下，其極性取向?qū)㈦S著外電場的變化而變化，造成分子的運動和相互摩擦效應。此時微波場的場能轉(zhuǎn)化為介質(zhì)內(nèi)的熱能，使物料溫度升高，產(chǎn)生熱化和膨化等一系列物化過程而達到微波加熱干燥的目的。

Heating principle of microwave dryer
