Latex pillow has breathability and hygroscopicity. Its unique soft touch and high elasticity of latex can stretch the body outline, rely on the human spine, and bring healthy and comfortable sleep to users. It has a broad market. The microwave drying machine for latex pillow is used to dry the latex pillow, which improves the shortcomings of traditional hot air drying equipment. Combining with hot air, the microwave drying effect is raised to the highest level, reaching more than ten times the efficiency of conventional equipment, and greatly improving the competitiveness of enterprises.

Microwave dryer for latex pillow is suitable for rapid drying of latex products, such as latex pillow. It has fast drying speed, good germicidal effect, good product quality, energy saving and no pollution. It is an advanced microwave dryer with advanced technology.

Latex pillow microwave dryer parameters:

1, equipment type: QX-50HM9

2, device power supply: three phase five wire 380V + 10% 50Hz + 1%

3. Ambient temperature: 5~40 degrees C, relative humidity less than 90%

4, microwave output power: 50KW (adjustable)

5. Evaporation capacity: 50 kg / h.

6, drying temperature: 60-120 degrees

The microwave dryer of latex pillow adopts the principle of microwave drying, which makes polar molecules in latex absorb microwave and raise the temperature rapidly. Because of the strong penetration of microwave, the latex increases the temperature uniformly at the same time, which avoids the phenomenon of external drying and internal wetting in the traditional process, at the same time avoids the damage of the product, maintains the shape and color of the product, and improves the quality of the product.

The microwave dryer for latex pillow is made of stainless steel material. It is strong and strong. It is equipped with hot air system, strong air cooling system, video monitoring system and pipeline operation. The efficiency of the conventional equipment is more than ten times. The equipment is used in Thailand, Zhejiang and other customers.
