High definition printing machine SY-AA is an upgrading product on the basic of SY-A. SY-AA adopts several stepper motors and the speed of loading bottles automatically synchronous coordinates with the speed of conveyor through PLC orders. It can automatically match point-to-point according to the speed of the host machine, the speed of conveyor and the speed of pressing wheel. Accuray calculating the position makes loading bases more steadily. The touch screen of SY-AA is multi-colored and high-ordered. PLC adopts relay of Mitsubishi or other importing relays which make the operation of the equipment more steadily. 

SY-AA型操作性能上可以升級(jí)加裝拐彎輸送帶，拐彎輸送帶有盒托吸附、自動(dòng)剔除、氣缸自動(dòng)配合把剔除的盒托放回輸送帶，自動(dòng)檢測(cè)盒托缺少，盒托缺少時(shí)自動(dòng)控制下瓶量，確?？蘸型泻退幹Р涣鑱y。 碎藥支和不規(guī)則的藥支會(huì)自動(dòng)落入接料斗，確保添支穩(wěn)定性，便于清理不易碎支。

As for the operating properties of SY-AA, it can be upgraded to install a round conveyor. The round conveyor has functions of box base adsorbing, automatically rejecting and air cylinder automatically coordinating to send the rejected box bases back to the conveyor. It can automatically detect the condition of box bases. It automatically controls the amount of loading bottles when the box bases are in shortage to ensure that the empty box bases and drug bottles are in order. Broken and irregular drug bottles automatically drop into the loading hopper to guarantee the stability of adding bottles so as to easily clean the remaining bottles.
