Stainless steel recycling material (waste) after cleaning machine is designed for stainless steel scrap recycling furnace decontamination cleaning and design a set of automatic oil removal, dust cleaning system. It consists mainly of slot, heating system, ultrasonic system and circulatory system. The main function of the channel is to release the cleaning fluid and soak the dirt on the workpiece. Using the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave, the clean ability of the cleaning agent is used to realize the rapid and thorough cleaning of the stainless steel waste. Cooperate with circulatory system, reduce the use of cleaning agent, improve cleaning efficiency.
