    該機(jī)由加料斗，分級輪，粉碎刀片，齒圈，粉碎電機(jī)，出料口，風(fēng)葉，集料箱，吸塵箱等部分組成，物料由加料斗進(jìn)入粉碎室，通過高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的刀片進(jìn)行粉碎，調(diào)節(jié)分級輪與分級盤的距離來達(dá)到所要求的物料細(xì)度，高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的風(fēng)葉把達(dá)到要求的物料從粉碎室通過負(fù)壓風(fēng)引到下料器中，沒有達(dá)到要求的物料繼續(xù)在粉碎室中粉碎，粉塵經(jīng)布袋或?yàn)V筒過濾回收，該機(jī)組按GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，操作清理方便，噪音小，產(chǎn)量高，設(shè)備采用不銹鋼材料制作，粉碎過程中無粉塵飛揚(yáng)。 

The machine is composedoffeeder,grading wheel, pulverizing blades, gears,pulverizingmotor,discharging gate, fans, collection box, dustcollection boxandetc. Any raw material, being feed into the grindchamberthroughthe upper feeder, is pulverized by high-speedrunningblades. Thefineness of the finished products is regulatedvia thedistanceadjustment of grading wheel and grading plate.Thehigh-speedrunning fans will lead those pulverized materialfromgrindingchamber to discharge gate via negative pressurewhilewhoseunpulverized remained in the chamber. The dust fromgrindingisfiltered and recycled via the cloth bag or filter ofthedustabsorption box. The whole machine, designed accordingtoGMPstandard, is made of stainless steel, with the featuresofeasystructure, convenient operation and cleaning, low noiseandhighcapacity, avoiding dust flying in production.
