炒制機(jī)

一、工作原理及應(yīng)用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

外熱式炒制烘干機(jī)系利用臥式圓筒形容器，內(nèi)壁加抄動(dòng)板，外壁加熱，物料在旋轉(zhuǎn)圓筒帶動(dòng)的同時(shí)還在抄板的翻動(dòng)揚(yáng)起下與內(nèi)壁進(jìn)行熱交換，從而達(dá)到炒制或烘干之目的。主要適用于油料籽的烘干脫水與炒香，也廣泛用于谷物等糧食烘干。比如：油菜籽、花椒、芝麻、藤椒籽等的烘干脫水及炒制焙香。

The external-heated stir-frying drier has a horizontal cylindrical vessel, of which internal wall is equipped with shovelling plate and external wall is heated. The materials are driven by rotating cylinder and conduct a heat exchange with internal wall under the stirring and lifting of  shovelling plate, thus to reach the purpose of stir-frying or drying. It is mainly used for drying, dehydration and stir-frying of oilseeds and also is widely used for drying of grains. For example, drying, dehydration and stir-frying of oilseeds, pepper, sesame and rattan pepper seeds.

1.  物料在烘干過(guò)程中不停地翻動(dòng)，受熱均勻。

2.  烘干脫水與炒制焙香在一個(gè)容器內(nèi)完成。

3.  特殊的導(dǎo)流板結(jié)構(gòu)保障進(jìn)出料干凈且方便。

4.  加熱方式靈活，可用天然氣加熱、電加熱、燃煤加熱、生物質(zhì)加熱。

3.  Special guide plate structure ensures charging and discharging of materials is clean and convenient.

4.  With flexible heating mode, it can be used for natural gas heating, electric heating, fire coal heating and biomass heating.
