炒制機

一、工作原理及應用范圍介紹Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

外熱式炒制烘干機系利用臥式圓筒形容器，內壁加抄動板，外壁加熱，物料在旋轉圓筒帶動的同時還在抄板的翻動揚起下與內壁進行熱交換，從而達到炒制或烘干之目的。主要適用于油料籽的烘干脫水與炒香，也廣泛用于谷物等糧食烘干。比如：油菜籽、花椒、芝麻、藤椒籽等的烘干脫水及炒制焙香。

The external-heated stir-frying drier has a horizontal cylindrical vessel, of which internal wall is equipped with shovelling plate and external wall is heated. The materials are driven by rotating cylinder and conduct a heat exchange with internal wall under the stirring and lifting of  shovelling plate, thus to reach the purpose of stir-frying or drying. It is mainly used for drying, dehydration and stir-frying of oilseeds and also is widely used for drying of grains. For example, drying, dehydration and stir-frying of oilseeds, pepper, sesame and rattan pepper seeds.

4.  加熱方式靈活，可用天然氣加熱、電加熱、燃煤加熱、生物質加熱。
