噴霧干燥機(jī)組是一種用離心式或壓力式霧化器，將溶液、懸浮液，乳濁液或漿料等料液霧化成細(xì)微液滴(表面積顯著增大)，經(jīng)與熱風(fēng)接觸得以急速干燥（幾秒到幾十秒），從而直接得到粉末產(chǎn)品的裝置。

工作原理 principle of operation

空氣通過(guò)加熱器轉(zhuǎn)化為熱空氣，進(jìn)入裝置在干燥室頂部的熱風(fēng)分配器，然后均勻的進(jìn)入干燥室，同時(shí)通過(guò)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速的螺桿泵將料液送至裝置在干燥室頂部的霧化器，使料液霧化成極小的霧化液滴，料液和熱空氣并流接觸，水份迅速蒸發(fā)在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)干燥為成口若懸河，成品經(jīng)干燥塔底部和旋風(fēng)分離器排出，廢氣由風(fēng)機(jī)抽出排空。

air is transfened into hot air by passing through the heater，and goesinto the hotair separator on the top of he dryer，then goes into the drying room evenly.at the same time liquid materials are sent to the centrifugal atomixer on the top of the dryer the the screw pump with stepless speed regulation，and atomized into timy dr-oplet which will contact hot air,then dried into dry product within shortest time. the finished product will be discharged by the whirlwind separator on the bottom of the drying tower and waste air is exhausted by airfan.
