口服液灌軋機

主要用途 

口服液灌軋機主要用于制藥行業(yè)中5~20m 規(guī)格的口服液瓶的灌裝及軋蓋,具有缺瓶止灌、缺蓋停機等功能。

本機可單獨使用亦可與隧道式滅菌干燥機(以下簡稱干燥機)、超聲波清洗機(以下簡稱清洗機)配套組成口服液聯動生產線使用。產量高,質量好,運行穩(wěn)定可靠,操作方便,生產全程符合新版

GMP 要求

Oral liquid Filling and Capping Machine is mainly applied in the filling and capping a 5--20ml oral liquid bottle in pharmaceutical industry, having functions c no filling when lacking botdes, shutdown when lacking caps.

The machine can work singy and also can wark with Tunnel Sterilizing dryer (hereafter referred to as Dryer), Ultrasonic Washing Machine(hereafter referred to as Cleaning Machine). It is characterized  as high production, high quality, stable and reliable running, and easy operatian. The whde production process conforms to new GMP requirement

性能特點

1、此單刀為旋轉式單刀，瓶子可以平進平出，無需升降，軋蓋角度大,有效軋蓋時間長。

2、軋蓋上下同步動力,保證軋蓋時瓶蓋轉動無誤,保證軋蓋效果。

3、自動微調軋刀結構:軋刀的上下浮動由彈簧完成,無任何滑動摩擦阻力,能有效適應中國特色的包材誤差。

4、復合式多功能軋刀:一把刀同時具有收邊和鎖口兩種功能,與三刀比具有相等的軋蓋效果。5、具有缺瓶止灌，缺蓋停機功能。

6、灌裝與軋蓋之間無需變節(jié)距,同時因無變節(jié)距,使得傳動、尤其是臺面上裝置簡化,衛(wèi)生死角少,更符合 GMP,且傳動少帶來的噪音也小。

2. Rolling synchronous power up and down, ensuring that the cap rotation is correct when rolling and ensuring the rolling effect

3. Automatic micro-adjusting rolling knife structure: floating up and down of rolling knife is completed by the spring, no any frictional resistance and being able to adapt the chinese characteristic packaging error

4. Compound multifunctional rolling knife: a knife possesses functions of closing boundary and locking, and it has the equivalent effect of capping to three knives

5．It possesses functions of no filling when lacking bott les, shutdown when lacking caps

 6.  In which there is no pitch change in filling and rolling makes the transmission, especial ly table

 devices simplified and the dusty corners decrease, making it conform to GMP and less noise because of little transmission.
