◆醫(yī)藥藥品、化工原料、食品、糧食加工、飼料的干燥作業(yè)。如；原料藥、壓片顆粒、中藥沖劑、保健食品、飲料沖劑、玉米胚芽、飼料、塑料樹脂、檸檬酸和其它粉粒狀物料的干燥除濕。適用物料粒徑一般為0.1~6mm，佳粒徑為0.5~3mm。

◆Drying process of medicines, chemical raw material, foodstuff, grain processing,feed and so on. For example, raw medicine, tablet, Chinese medicine, foodstuffof health protection, drinks, feed, resin, citric acid and other powders. The suitablediameter of raw material is normally 0.1-0.6mm. The most applicable diameter ofraw material will be 0.5-3mm.

注：干燥能力以干燥酸梅晶初含水份20％，終含水份5％，進風溫度計130℃時測定，其它物料的干燥能力按具體干燥情況為準，選型時注意,A型：配旋風分離器；B型：內(nèi)袋式；C型：既帶旋風，又配布袋除塵器。

Notes: the drying capacity is measured based on the primary moisture of crystal of plum is 20% and its final moisture is 5% and the temperature of air inlet is 130℃.The dryingcapacity of other raw materials will be based on the practical drying condition. When choose models, please note that: Model A should be matched with cyclone separator andModel B with inside bag dust collector and Model C with cyclone separator and bag dust collector.
