產品介紹 CoolRack ® CoolSink®
將盛放樣品的單管、多孔板或八連管等直接放置于冰，干冰，酒精浴，水浴鍋等冷卻或加熱裝置，管內/孔內樣品溫度會因不同的孔位而出現(xiàn)差異。使用康寧CoolRack和CoolSink熱傳導模塊，可以減少這樣的差異。CoolRack和CoolSink熱傳導模塊可以直接放于低至-196°C，高至100°C以上的溫度條件，模塊可以迅速達到所處溫度。
CoolRack和CoolSink模塊能夠確保所有的樣品管、多孔板中的樣品，無論是降溫、速凍、加熱還是凍融，樣品間溫度均一，溫差不超過0.1°C。應用范圍：試劑的降溫，如ECM (Corning Matrigel® Matrix)，限制性內切酶，dNTPs，和抗體等；無酒精干冰速凍，適用于組織、病毒和細菌等多種樣本；以及在實驗臺上行液氮中的凍存管分選等。
所有熱傳導模塊均可承受高溫高壓滅菌，或使用漂白劑，酒精或其他實驗室消毒劑消毒。部分CoolRack模均符合SBS標準。
