Particularly it is suitable for producing powder, granule or block solid product from solution, emulsion, suspending liquid and pumped paste liquid. Therefore when the distribution of granule size, final moisture, bulk density, granule shape of finished product must be conformed to accuracy standard, the spray drying is an ideal process. ★LPG型高速離心噴霧干燥機 設(shè)備特點： Features of equipment ※干燥速度快，料液經(jīng)霧化后表面積大大增加，在熱風(fēng)氣流中，瞬時就可蒸發(fā) 95%-98% 的水分，完成干燥時間僅需數(shù)秒鐘，特別適用于熱敏性物料的干燥。 ※產(chǎn)品具有良好的均勻度、流動性或溶解性，產(chǎn)品純度高，質(zhì)量好。 ※生產(chǎn)過程簡化，操作控制方便。對于濕含量 40- 60% （特殊物料可達(dá) 90% ）的液體能一次干燥成粉粒產(chǎn)品，干燥  后不需粉碎和篩選，減少生產(chǎn)工序，提高產(chǎn)品純度。對產(chǎn)品粒徑，松密度、水份，在一定范圍內(nèi)可通過改變操作條件進(jìn)行調(diào)整，控制和管理都很方便。※ Quick drying speed, the surface area of material liquid through atomizing is increased greatly. In hot air stream, 95% to 98% of moisture can be evaporated at the moment. Especially suit for drying thermal sensitive material. ※The ../../product made by the machine has good uniformity, fluidity, solubility, high pure, and high quality. ※The ../../productive ../../process is simple and the operation, control is very convenient. For liquid containing 0 ～ 60% of damp（for special material, may be 90%）, it can be dried to powder product through drying one time. After dried, it is not necessary to crush, sieve. So it reduces productive procedure and raises the purity of product. For the size, bulk density and moisture of product can be adjusted within certain scope through exchanging operation condition.
