派克柱塞泵根據(jù)傾斜元件的不同,有斜盤式和斜軸式兩種。斜盤式是斜盤相對回轉(zhuǎn)的缸體有一傾斜角度,而引起柱塞在泵缸中往復(fù)運(yùn)動。傳動軸軸線和缸體軸線是*的。這種結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單,轉(zhuǎn)速較高,但工作條件要求高,PARKER柱塞端部與斜盤的接觸部往往是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。斜軸式的斜盤軸線與傳動軸軸線是*的。它是由于柱塞缸體相對傳動軸傾斜一角度而使柱塞作往復(fù)運(yùn)動。流量調(diào)節(jié)依靠擺動柱塞缸體的角度來實(shí)現(xiàn),故有的又稱擺缸式。它與斜盤式相比,工作可靠,流量大,但結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜。

1、油泵使用安裝位置,泄油口朝上,管路背壓須低于0.2MPa單獨(dú)回油箱。
2、zui高壓力使用,每一循環(huán)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時間不超過6秒、液壓油清潔規(guī)范,請參見使用說明書。
3、本公司提供多連油泵,亦可與其他形式油泵連結(jié),連結(jié)方式采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的公制連接尺寸和SAE連接尺寸。
