The Reco Induction Bearing Heater is the superior method of expanding bearings, gears, sprockets, couplings and sleeves. For placement on shafts, it is the safest, quickest, most economical method of applying heat.
Induction heating is safe - no fire hazard from open flames or contamination from hot oil baths or forcing cold bearings on with a hammer
Evenly heats the bearing's inner race for longer life from proper installation
Quick, positive bearing installation - correct alignment is assured to reduce costly shutdown

CAUTION:
Bearing Heater should not be set within 24" of metal structures
To Demagnetize:
Simply remove bar, turn heater on and pass bearing several times between the two upright columns without contacting columns.
Warning
DO NOT operate an induction bearing heat if you have a heart pace-maker. The strong magnetic field emitted my the heater may affect operation of such devices.

- provides additional height utilizing existing unit to handle larger bearing outside diameters
- SC raising blocks increase SC bearing heater capacity up to 14" OD.
- BC raising blocks increase BC and BC Special bearing heater capacity up to 32" OD
