General description of Hydranor Counter Balance Valves 7AVB

The Counter Balance Valves 7AVB are seawater resistant load control valve. The valves are designed for applications used in lowering operations and have the following characteristics:

• Delivered as single valve or with check valve for free flow.
• Delivered with sub plate with threaded ports, SAE flanges or for gasket mounting to a valve unit.
• Adjustable pilot pressure.
• Delivered with flow capacity up to 650 l/min. (Version for 900 l/min will soon be available)

Genreal description of Hydranor VB25, VB30 and VB40 Multi Block

The VB25, VB30 and VB40 are multi blocks intended for running winches and designed for fixed pump system.

Flow rates from 200 l/min up to 800 l/min nominal, and max working pressure 210 bar. Typical applications are different types of winches used on fishing boats and trawlers.

Hydraulic marine winch blocks for variable pumps

6MB , 7MB and 8MB are complete multi blocks for control of hydraulically driven winches, connected to pressure compensated/ring line systems. 6MB , 7MBand 8MB units are prepared for marine surroundings. Typical application/winches are mooring and anchor winches. We interface all brands of hydraulic winch motors with either adapter plates or direcy to the motor. Flow capacities are in the range 30 - 650 liter/min.

Our new  compact 10MB  multi block, released in desember 2009, is tailor made to fit the small and medium size marine vessel winches such as anchor, mooring and capstan winches, as well as other hydraulic functions. This unit can also be interfaced to all brands of hydraulic motors as the other units above. Flow capacity for the new block is 150 -300 liter/min.

Hydranor has for several decades designed and manufactured Control Valves for this market, and have made use of all our experience and know how when designing the new Control Valve.

Automix Series 50

AUTOMIX valve motor Series 50 is a compact motor designed to control rotary mixing valves in hydronic heating applications.

AUTOMIX is reversible with fixed limit switches for an operating range of 90°. The motor can be supplied with an additional auxiliary switch.

AUTOMIX valve motor can be manually operated in case of a power failure. This is done by turning the handle on the front. The position
of the valve is indicated on the reversible scale.

Termomat 1

TERMOMAT 1 is a differential temperature control and performance monitor for storage tank applications in which heat is collected from the storage tank to the heating boiler.

TERMOMAT 1 controls the charging pump and the heat collecting pump. It has a digital display for boiler and tank temperatures and two LEDs for indication. All essential settings are adjustable. The control has a relay to automatically operate an additional heat source.

TERMOMAT 1 is delivered factory wired which minimizes installation problems in the field. The main supply and all sensors have plug-in connections.

TERMOMAT 1 plug-in control unit is simple to install, program and operate. The quick and easy installation saves on labor charges.

Termomix mixing valves DS & CS

TERMOMIX 3-way and 4-way mixing valves with female threads, have
been developed especially for small hydronic heating systems, boilers,
heat exchangers and air heating/cooling applications. The valves
can be used as mixing valves or as diverting valves. There are several
ways of installing.

TERMOMIX valves have excellent control characteristics. They control both supply and return lines. The valves can be mounted in any position.

TERMOMIX valves are very suitable for motorizing because of their low torque. The valves are available for right-hand and left-hand mounting

Termomix D & C

TERMOMIX 3-way and 4-way mixing valves of cast iron have been developed especially for hydronic heating systems, boilers, heat exchangers and air heating/cooling applications. The valves can be
used as mixing valves or as diverting valves. There are several ways

Termovar loading valve

TERMOVAR loading valve is an automatic thermally operated loading valve for solid-fuel boiler/storage tank installations, where heating and domestic hot water are taken from the tank.

TERMOVAR ensures a minimum return-water temperature in the heating boiler, which increases the efficiency, prevents tarring and considerably prolongs the lifetime of the solid-fuel boiler.

TERMOVAR eliminates the risk of destructive thermal shock to both
steel and cast iron boilers. TERMOVAR thermally operated loading
valve renders a more effective burning and is therefore a necessary
part of a solid fuel installation with a storage tank.

TERMOVAR loading valves may be selected with 45°C, 55°C, 61°C, 72°C or 80°C fixed opening temperatures. The valves can be delivered factory mounted in any position and with other temperatures on request.

Termobac

TERMOBAC 3-way backflow preventer has a low opening pressure
and a low pressure drop. The valves are installed horizontally.

The low opening pressure makes TERMOBAC suitable for
installations where self-circulation is obtainable.

Termovar loading unit

TERMOVAR LOADING UNIT is a pre-fabricated, automatic,
thermally operated valve unit for solid-fuel boiler/storage tank
installations, where heating and domestic hot water are taken
from the storage tank.

TERMOVAR LOADING UNIT ensures a minimum return-water temperature into the solid-fuel boiler, which increases the boiler efficiency, prevents tarring and considerably prolongs the lifetime
of the solid-fuel boiler.

The loading unit can be delivered with a 45°C, 55°C, 61°C, 72°C 
or 80°C  thermostat element.

TERMOVAR eliminates the risk of destructive thermal shock caused
by surges of cold return water. TERMOVAR renders a more effective
burning and is therefore a necessary part of a solid fuel installation
with a storage tank.

Termomat 5
