荸薺式包衣機主要用于制藥工業(yè)中壓制成形的片、丸和顆粒的包衣。亦可用于食品工業(yè)中糖果機制或包衣。也可使可塑性物料滾制成丸。

拋光后的包衣片具有光亮的表面，可防止氧化、受潮或揮發(fā)，又可遮蓋不適之味，使藥品便于識別及緩和在人體腸胃中的溶解作用。

Our coating machine is mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry in the press-coated tablet shaped, pellets and granules. It can also be used in the food industry for nuts ,candy or snack making. It Can also rolling and polishing for special materials.

1、結(jié)構(gòu)特點：Structure

該機主要由主機和供噴液系統(tǒng)組成。This machine is composed by main machine and spraying system.

主機采用調(diào)速電機直接與減速機聯(lián)接，減速機潤滑為全封閉沉浸式潤滑，油脂不易干燥，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。操作簡便，包衣轉(zhuǎn)速理想。

Main machine speed frequency motor connected with the reducer directly , reducer lubrication adopts the whole closed immersion lubrication, oil is not easy to dry, compact structure. Easy to operate and ideal coating speed.

供噴液系統(tǒng)：供液采用由高到低自流，只要將液加到液杯中，打開下面開關(guān)，漿液就能自流至噴槍。噴槍采用日本進口霧化噴槍，噴液均勻。

Sprayer machine:The fluid flow From high to low only by adding the material into the cup and then open the following switches , then it can flow into the spray gun by taking advantage of the gravity . It adopts high spray gun to insure that it can spray evenly .

1. 工作原理：working principle

通過鍋體順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)，使芯片在鍋內(nèi)翻滾，滑移摩擦、研磨，同時通過噴槍將包衣漿均勻噴涂到片芯上，并向鍋內(nèi)通以合理的熱風，除去片劑表層水份，以得到合格的包衣藥片。

Clockwise rotation of the pot, and spray syrup (sugar ,chocolate or other coating material) into the pot on the tablet( or nuts,snacks), and coated evenly. This machine own reasonable shape, steady linear velocity curve tablet form an optimal material flow in the pot, not only to meet the sugar-coating process requirements. But also to make the plasticised material rolled into balls and polished surface.

四、使用與保養(yǎng)Operation and Maintenance

1. 將主機放置平穩(wěn)，再將供噴支架移至主機右側(cè)，將噴槍放至主機衣鍋內(nèi)，調(diào)至合理位置。

Place the main machine stable and put the sprayer machine to the right of the main machine , make sure the spray gun is in the coating pan,and adjust to reasonable position.

1. 接通電源，打開主機調(diào)速開關(guān)，調(diào)正主機轉(zhuǎn)速與旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

Connect the power,turn on the speed frequency button,adjust the rotation speed and rotation direction of the main machine.

1. 聯(lián)接好氣、液管給液杯加液，打開氣、液開關(guān)，調(diào)整噴槍，噴液的霧幅和方向。

Connect the air,liquid pipe,and heat the liquid cup, turn on the valve of the air and liquid, adjust the spray gun ,spray width and direction

1. 將吹風機口對準鍋口調(diào)整加熱溫度和方向。

Adjust the air blower direction and temperature.

1. 以上各工序準備完畢，確認正常無誤后，停機裝料，按包衣工藝進行工作。

Make sure all the steps above has been operate correctly ,you can feed in raw materials and start working

1. 使用完畢后，對機械及管路內(nèi)進行清洗干凈。

After working ,do not forget to clean the pipes and coating pan.
