Germany KAYSEN imported horizontal centrifugal pump overview
Centrifugal pump is designed according to the principle of centrifugal force, high-speed rotation of the impeller blades to drive the water rotation, the water thrown, so as to achieve the purpose of transport. There are many kinds of centrifugal pumps, from the use can be divided into civilian and industrial pumps; from the transmission medium can be divided into water pumps, impurity pumps, corrosion-resistant pumps.

main feature:

● After the use of pull-type structure, maintenance without the need to remove the pump casing and pipeline
● All impellers are subjected to secondary cutting and have met the actual needs of the customer
● Impeller front and rear wear ring, to facilitate the maintenance of the pump to improve the pump shell and the life of the impeller, the long-term maintenance of the pump to provide a high efficiency
● Optional easy to remove the coupling, to facilitate customers without moving the case of the motor, the maintenance of the pump
● All pump type uses four kinds of pump shaft, which greatly improves the interchangeability of the parts, and the shaft is flame straightened to eliminate the internal stress of the shaft and improve the life of the shaft seal

Key Benefits:

● easy maintenance: replacement seals, bearings, simple and convenient
● low noise: two low-noise bearing under the support of the pump, smooth operation, in addition to the motor faint sound, the basic no noise
● low failure rate: simple and reasonable structure, the key part of the use of world-class quality support, machine trouble-free working hours greatly improved
● more land area: the exit can be left, right, up three directions, then the pipeline layout installation, saving space
● smooth operation: the absolute concentricity of the shaft and the impeller of the excellent dynamic and static balance, to ensure smooth operation, no
● water leakage: different materials, carbide seal, to ensure that no leakage of different media delivery

main application:

● Fire spray system
● Spray
● Irrigation
● Water supply
● Heating
● Air conditioning system
● pressurized water supply
● swimming pool
● Fountain water supply
● Filter the water purification system
