進口單級立式軸流泵概述：

單級立式軸流泵,液體沿泵軸軸線方向流動。本型水泵揚程低、流量大，適用于吸送清水或物理及化學性質類似水的其它液體之用，吸送液體的zui高溫度為50°C，故主要供農(nóng)田排灌之用，也用于工業(yè)上熱電站輸送循環(huán)水，都市提升給水，船塢升降水位或其它水利工程等，使用范圍十分廣泛。泵軸采用優(yōu)質碳素鋼制成，它藉上下兩只橡皮（或塑料）軸承來支承。運轉過程中,提供了用水來潤滑軸承的良好條件。泵軸上端的一只軸承，因多半高出水面，所以在填料涵（或密封蓋）上裝一短管，供起動前灌輸清水潤滑該軸承之用（待起動出水后，灌水即可停止）。軸承頸部是一優(yōu)質碳素鋼的軸套，表面涂有硬鉻，以提高耐磨性和抗蝕性。其它主要零件如：喇叭管、葉輪座、葉輪外殼、導葉體、軸承座、彎管、填料涵（或密封蓋）和聯(lián)軸器等均用鑄鐵制造。填料涵內(nèi)裝有填料，密封蓋內(nèi)裝有橡膠密封圈，以提高水的密封性。泵軸一端裝有一對剛性聯(lián)軸器，用左螺紋（倒牙）螺母固緊，全調節(jié)型泵用卡環(huán)固定。水泵葉輪的轉向，朝吸入口看，為逆時針方向。水泵的葉輪外殼（或連于導葉體、進水喇叭上）與葉輪的兩相鄰表面，均呈圓球形面。這樣保證葉片在任何安裝角度時，葉輪處圓與泵殼之間有很小的空隙，以減少回流水量損失。概據(jù)使用需要，該型水泵可按：“工作性能表"增速或降速使用或調節(jié)葉片的安裝角度,變更流量及揚程，擴大使用范圍。葉片采用優(yōu)質鑄鐵制造，葉輪均經(jīng)靜平衡校驗出廠。葉片用葉片螺母（或葉片緊圈）固緊于葉輪座上，葉片與葉輪座相鄰表面有角度線。水泵出廠時，葉片之安裝角度均多為“零”度，用戶可根據(jù)需要，按照性能表自行調整葉片安裝角度

Introduction of imported single stage vertical axial flow pump:

Single stage vertical axial flow pump, liquid flow along the axial direction of the pump shaft.
