 進(jìn)口衛(wèi)生級(jí)隔膜泵也稱衛(wèi)生級(jí)氣動(dòng)隔膜泵，除了具有普通隔膜泵無密封、防爆、低剪切、易維修、允許空轉(zhuǎn)、輕便、自吸啟動(dòng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)外，更是兼具優(yōu)異的衛(wèi)生性能，能滿足食品、飲料、制藥等高衛(wèi)生等級(jí)作業(yè)要求。

進(jìn)口衛(wèi)生級(jí)隔膜泵工作原理：

在氣動(dòng)隔膜泵左右各裝有一塊隔膜，由中心聯(lián)桿將其連結(jié)成一體。壓縮空氣從泵的進(jìn)氣口進(jìn)入配氣閥，通過配氣機(jī)構(gòu)將壓縮空氣引入其中一腔，推動(dòng)腔內(nèi)隔膜運(yùn)動(dòng)，而另一腔中氣體排出。一旦到達(dá)行程終點(diǎn)，配氣機(jī)構(gòu)自動(dòng)將壓縮空氣引入另一工作腔，推動(dòng)隔膜朝相反方向運(yùn)動(dòng)，從而使兩個(gè)隔膜連續(xù)同步地往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。 在圖示中壓縮空氣由進(jìn)入配氣閥，使膜片向右運(yùn)動(dòng)，則室的吸力使介質(zhì)由入口流入，推動(dòng)球閥進(jìn)入室，球閥則因吸入而閉鎖；室中的介質(zhì)則被擠壓，推開球閥由出口流出，同時(shí)使球閥閉鎖，防流，就這樣循環(huán)往復(fù)使介質(zhì)不斷從入口處吸入，出口處排出。
