工作原理：

塑料氣動(dòng)隔膜泵是一種以壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，由膜片往復(fù)變形造成容積變化的容積泵，其工作原理近似于柱塞泵，由于氣動(dòng)隔膜泵工作原理的特點(diǎn)，因此氣動(dòng)隔膜泵具有以下特點(diǎn)： （1）泵不會(huì)過(guò)熱：壓縮空氣作動(dòng)力，在排氣時(shí)是一個(gè)膨脹吸熱的過(guò)程，氣動(dòng)泵工作時(shí)溫度是降低的，無(wú)有害氣體排出。 （2）不會(huì)產(chǎn)生電火花：氣動(dòng)隔膜泵不用電力作動(dòng)力，接地后又防止了靜電火花 （3）可以通過(guò)含顆粒液體：因?yàn)槿莘e式工作且進(jìn)口為球閥，所以不容易被堵。 （4）對(duì)物料的剪切力極低：工作時(shí)是怎么吸進(jìn)怎么吐出，所以對(duì)物料的攪動(dòng)zui小，適用于不穩(wěn)定物質(zhì)的輸送 （5）流量可調(diào)節(jié)，可以在物料出口處加裝節(jié)流閥來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)流量。
