ActiveCount100 is a high performance portable microbial sampler suitable for use in cleanrooms and asceptic environ-ments.

Continuous and periodic sampling enables complete control on sampling cycles and intervals. Autoclavable impactor head and sanitizable stainless steel enclosure ensure ActiveCount100 does not contaminate your sampling environment. Use the optional gas sampler to monitor compressed gasses.

2. Connect AC Power Adapter to ActiveCount100.
3. Connect power chord to AC power.
4. Connect power chord to power adapter.

 How to setup your first microbiological sample.

 From home screen press configuration.

 Load the petri dish with agar.

Unscrew sample head together with the dust cover.

 -always keep dust cover on sample head when not in use.

Add sample petri dish.

Use adjustment tool to secure petri dish at 3 points.

Screw sampling head together with dust cover. back onto ActiveCount100.

Start the sample.

From the home screen confirm your sample parameters for volume, total countdown time, user and location.

Press start to begin the sample.

When the sample is complete.

Replace the dust cover on the sample head.

Unscrew sample head together with the dust cover and always keep dust cover on sample head when ActiveCount100 is not in use.

Cover the sampled petri dish and remove from ActiveCount100. Use adjustment tool if needed to loosen petri dish from 3 points.

Screw sampling head with the dust cover back onto ActiveCount100.
