mPEG-Dansyl is a stable blue or green fluorescent sulfonamide adduct between mPEG-amine and dansyl chloride (DNSC) through the formation of dansyl amide. Dansyl is a relatively lipophilic or hydrophobic dye particularly at high pH.
mPEG-Rhodamine is a linear monofunctional PEG reagent with a tetramethylrhodamine (TAMRA or TMR) dye, also called 5(6)-carboxytetramethylrhodamine. Rhodamine is a commonly used red fluorescent dye tracer in biology for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles. It has peak fluorescence emission at 572-575 nm. mPEG derivative with other rhodamine dyes such as Texas Red, Sulforhodamine 101 and other commercially available fluorescent dyes may be offered through custom synthesis.

FITC-PEG-NH2 is a linear heterobiofunctional PEG reagent with a fluorescein dye and an amine group that is reactive with cabroxylic acid, activated NHS ester, carbonyl (ketone, aldehyde) etc. Fluorescein often called FITC is a commonly used fluorescent tracer in biology for staining cells, tissues, biomarkers or nanoparticles. It has peak absorption or excitation at 494 nm and maximum emission at 521 nm. Fluorescent PEG is commonly used for PEGylation to label or tag biomolecules and nanoparticles with dye and tracer.
