TQM-V0.5-6M³多能提取罐

概述：
　　我廠生產(chǎn)的直筒蘑菇式多能提取罐，集國內(nèi)提取設(shè)備之精華，經(jīng)科學研制設(shè)計開發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品，采用上大下小。上大：沸騰緩沖空間大，不易跑料。下水：藥液受熱傳遞快，加熱時間短、提取效果好、自動清洗、自控操作等特點。

罐體裝有底部加熱層和中心加熱鼓：
　　使用此加熱結(jié)構(gòu)可進行小生產(chǎn)試驗及正常生產(chǎn)沸騰后的維沸。中心加熱鼓在藥液中心加熱，有效地利用了能源，提高加熱速度，又起到支橋作用，便于出液，不易堵網(wǎng)。它可以隨出渣門的開啟掛帶料渣，使出渣更加順利。
　　適用于芳香油提取及有機溶媒回收，多用于中藥的水煎、酒精浸出、熱回流浸出、強制循環(huán)浸出等多種生產(chǎn)工藝操作。
結(jié)構(gòu)特征：
多功能提取罐有投料口、罐體、出渣門等組成。
出渣門上的濾網(wǎng)可根據(jù)工藝不同，更換20-80目的濾網(wǎng)。
罐體為直筒型和蘑菇型。
規(guī)格：
　　0.3m³、0.5m³、1m³、2m³、3m³、5m³、6m^{3
　　加熱蒸汽壓力：≤0.3MPa
　　缸空氣壓力：0.7MPa}

Brief Introduction
The mushroom type multi-function extracting tank is a kind of new product developed and manufac tured by our factory integrating the advantages of domestic sim-ilar equipment. Its shape is large in the top and small in the bottom. Large in the top: large cushion space for boiling keeps the material from fleeing away. Small in the bottom: quick heat-transfer for chemicals, featuring short heating time, good extracting effect, auto-cleaning and auto-controlled operation. The tank is equipped with bottom heating layer and central heating drum. Using this type of heating structure may perform small production test and keep it boiling after boiling in normal produ-ction. The central heating drum heats at the center of chemicals, not only effectively utilizing energy and quickening heating speed, but also acting as upporting bridge for easy discharge. It may catch dregs when the dregs discha-rging door opens, making the discharging more smooth. It is suitable for extraction of aromatic oil and recycli-ng of organic solvent, mostly in production operations such as dec-octing traditional Chinese medicine, alcohol extraction, hot reflux extraction, compulsory circulation extraction.
Structure
Multi-function extracting tank consists of inlet, tank, dregs discharge door etc. The filter screen on discharging door may be 20-80 meshes according to different techniques. The tank is straight barrel type or mushroom type.
