測定方法    比色法（565nm）定量測定果糖的含量。

產(chǎn)品說明    果糖（C₆H₁₂O₆，又名左旋糖）是一種單糖，與葡萄糖和半乳糖共同存在于蜂蜜、樹木果實、漿果、瓜類和部分根菜類蔬菜中。人體可利用果糖制造能量，但果糖攝入過多會導(dǎo)致甘油三酯升高。簡單、直接、高通量的果糖檢測手段應(yīng)用廣泛。本公司生產(chǎn)的測試盒中的顯色劑可直接與果糖特異結(jié)合生成一種有色化合物。葡萄糖和半乳糖不會干擾檢測結(jié)果。在565nm處讀取的吸光度直接與樣品中的果糖濃度成正比。

產(chǎn)品特點   采用96孔板檢測，線性檢測范圍：12 - 1000μM果糖。

適用范圍  直接檢測：生物樣品（如血清、血漿、尿液、唾液、乳汁、培養(yǎng)液）、食品、果汁、飲料和其它農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中的果糖濃度。 藥物鑒定/藥理學(xué)：藥物對果糖代謝的影響。

儲存條件  冰運。所有試劑均在-20°C下保存。

DESCRIPTION  FRUCTOSE (C₆H₁₂O₆, also called levulose or laevulose), is a monosaccharide found in honey, tree fruits, berries, melons, and some root vegetables along with glucose and galactose. The human body can use fructose for energy, however, too much consumption may lead to high triglycerides. Simple, direct and high-throughput assays for fructose determination find wide applications. Our reagent system reacts directly and specifically with fructose to form a colored product. Glucose and galactose do not interfere. The color intensity at 565nm is directly proportional to the fructose concentration in the sample.

KEY FEATURES  Use as little as 20 μL samples. Linear detection range in 96-well plate: 12 to 1000 μM fructose.

APPLICATIONS  Direct Assays: fructose in biological samples (e.g. serum, plasma, urine, saliva, milk, culture medium), food, juice, beverage and other
agricultural products. Drug Discovery/Pharmacology: effects of drugs on fructose metabolism.

STORAGE CONDITIONS  The kit is shipped on ice. Store all components at -20°C. Shelf life of three months after receipt.
