顆粒包裝機用途：該機適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的松散狀，無粘結性顆粒狀物料并有計量要求的中小袋自動包裝，如：沖劑，麥片，咖啡，結晶狀物料（味精，白糖，食鹽等），細小丸物料（中成藥，干燥劑）等。

顆粒包裝機特點：

1. 性能*，強度高，噪聲低，結構緊湊，運行平穩(wěn)，使用壽命長。放膜機械可成水平90°旋轉并增設了接膜機械，使換接膜與維修更加方便。
2. 采用五伺服同步驅動，人機界面上觸摸調整，通過PLC控制，使各執(zhí)行機構能精確自動同步定位。
3. 自動化程度高，本機從縱封，縱切，橫封，充填裝料，打碼，切易撕口，切虛線，橫切，直至成品袋輸出能一次性完成。
4. 采用高精度整體碾壓式熱封輥，作為封合模具。四邊封口，多列袋形式。包裝速度快，且袋形平整，精致美觀，包裝效率高。
5. 調整快捷方便，不需要更換模具就可以進行袋長無級調整。且縱封，橫封，充填料，打批號，切虛線，橫切等執(zhí)行機構均可通過人機界面進行調整。
6. 充填計量精確，針對不同的顆粒物料，根據(jù)其充填性狀不同，專門設計了氣缸推動擺動式與推拉式兩種不同形式的下料機構。擺式配以三角形可調 加料機構，推拉式設計成平板內(nèi)置形量杯，兩種形式計量都能獨立調整且精度高，使每列袋都能獨立方便地進行精細準確計量調整。
7. 采用光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)，保證了包裝袋雙面圖案自動對版，并具有自動計數(shù)功能。
8. 本機型特增設了行膜自動糾偏與行膜阻尼機構，保證行膜的直線度與張緊度的穩(wěn)定性，從而大大提高了袋形的平整與美觀程度。
9. 對包材適應性強，本機封合溫度具有自動控制功能，且控制精度高（±1℃左右）。可適應國內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)的多種包裝薄膜，如PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE等。
10. 可適當增設附加功能，如袋切斷可選配虛刀，平刀，甚至異型刀，及選配各種報警要求等。

6. Accurate in measurement. According to different powder material, we adopt material level detection, rotary feeding mechanism, to ensure the material level keep in a certain height and evenly slew. Every lane match with cylindrical leaves screw servo motor to feeding, measuring feeding dosage can be setup independently in ma-machine interface and can be fine tuned, each lane’s dosage can be adjusted easily and accuray.
7. Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and with automatic counting function.
8. The machine with film automatic correction and film damping mechanism, to ensure the straightness and tension stability of film, and make the pouch more smooth and beautiful.
9. Adaptability of the package film, the sealing temperature of machine is with automatic control, and has high control accuracy(±1℃). Suitable for most complex film packing film: such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE and so on.
10. Extra functions set up, for example, sachet cutting can choose dotted line knife or flat cutting knife, abnormal shape knife etc, and can choose different kinds of alarm requirement.
