醬體包裝機(jī)用途：該機(jī)適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的醬體，稠漿體物料并有計(jì)量要求的中小袋四邊封包裝，如蕃茄醬，調(diào)味醬，花生醬，乳化油，凡士林，蜂蜜等。

Usage: Machine is suitable for packing catsup, thick paste material in the medicine, food, and daily chemical industries, and automatic packing into sachets with measuring requirement. Such as tomato catsup, béchamel, peanut butter, cream oil, Vaseline, honey and so on.

4. 采用高精度整體碾壓式熱封輥，作為封合模具。四邊封口，多列袋形式。包裝速度快，且袋形平整，精致美觀，包裝效率高。
5. 調(diào)整快捷方便，不需要更換模具就可以進(jìn)行袋長(zhǎng)無級(jí)調(diào)整。且縱封，橫封，充填料，打批號(hào)，切虛線，橫切等執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)均可通過人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
6. 灌裝計(jì)量精確，針對(duì)不同的醬體物料，專門設(shè)計(jì)了用旋轉(zhuǎn)閥控制的往復(fù)式柱塞泵，并配以行程可調(diào)式氣缸推動(dòng)加料，使每列袋都能獨(dú)立方便地進(jìn)行精細(xì)準(zhǔn)確計(jì)量調(diào)整。
7. 采用光電跟蹤系統(tǒng)，保證了包裝袋雙面圖案自動(dòng)對(duì)版，并具有自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)功能。
8. 本機(jī)型特增設(shè)了行膜自動(dòng)糾偏與行膜阻尼機(jī)構(gòu)，保證行膜的直線度與張緊度的穩(wěn)定性，從而大大提高了袋形的平整與美觀程度。

6. Accurate in measurement. According to different paste viscosity, specially designed of reciprocation plug pump with rotate valve controlling, matches with stroke adjustable air cylinder feeding, each line’s dosage can be adjusted easily and accuray.
7. Photoelectric tracking system is adopted to ensure correct printing and with automatic counting function.
8. The machine with film automatic correction and film damping mechanism, to ensure the straightness and tension stability of film, and make the pouch more smooth and beautiful.
9. Adaptability of the package film, the sealing temperature of machine is with automatic control, and has high control accuracy(±1℃). Suitable for most complex film packing film: such as PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE and so on.
10. Extra functions set up, for example, sachet cutting can choose dotted line knife or flat cutting knife, abnormal shape knife etc, and can choose different kinds of alarm requirement.
