暖貼暖寶寶包裝機(jī)用途：該機(jī)適用于醫(yī)藥，食品，日化等行業(yè)中的松散狀，無(wú)粘結(jié)性顆粒狀物料并有計(jì)量要求的中小袋自動(dòng)包裝，如沖劑，麥片，咖啡，結(jié)晶狀物料（味精，白糖，食鹽等），細(xì)小丸物料（中成藥，干燥劑等，更適合包裝各式暖包暖袋的發(fā)熱材料（鐵粉，食鹽，炭粉，高分子化合物等的混合物），產(chǎn)品如：暖包，暖袋，暖貼，暖寶寶，取暖貼，發(fā)熱貼，熱貼，發(fā)熱包，暖足貼，暖手袋等。

Usage:

Machine is suitable for packing loose, non sticky granule material in the medicine, food, daily chemical and other industry, and automatic packing into sachets with measuring requirement. 4. 調(diào)整簡(jiǎn)單方便。成形封，橫封，充填料，滾切等 執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)均可能過(guò)人機(jī)界面進(jìn)行同步調(diào)整。
5. 充填計(jì)量精確。針對(duì)鐵粉，保水劑等細(xì)顆?；旌衔锪希瑢?zhuān)門(mén)設(shè)計(jì)推拉工下料機(jī)構(gòu)，并配以圓筒形量杯計(jì)量，更換方便。
6. 各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)采用伺服電機(jī)與機(jī)械傳動(dòng)相結(jié)合，包裝袋成成形滾切過(guò)程中通過(guò)PLC控制，能使各執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)能精確自動(dòng)同步定位。
7. 雙膜卷自動(dòng)送膜并調(diào)有走膜恒力張緊機(jī)構(gòu)。為保證包裝袋形平整美觀，根據(jù)不同膜卷伸縮率不同的特點(diǎn)，特增設(shè)了走膜定值插補(bǔ)功能。本機(jī)還具有自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)功能。
8. 整機(jī)采用PLC控制，性能可能，操作方便，自動(dòng)控制程度高。

6. Each actuating mechanism adopts servo motor together with mechanism driving, sachet forming and forming cutting is controlled by PLC. It makes each function in phase positioning precisely and automatic.
7. Two film automatic sending film, and with film sending constant force tensioning mechanism. To ensure packing smoothly and beautiful, we designed with film sending fixed value interpolation function according to different magnification ratio of different films. Machine automatic counting.
