簡(jiǎn)介：
DJQX系列大輸液膠塞清洗機(jī)是國(guó)內(nèi)*產(chǎn)品經(jīng)國(guó)家醫(yī)藥管理局制藥機(jī)械檢測(cè)中心（97）量認(rèn)（國(guó)）字（S1630）號(hào)檢驗(yàn)認(rèn)定許可的產(chǎn)品。具有體積小、產(chǎn)量高等特點(diǎn)，本機(jī)采用進(jìn)口PLC編程控制器，實(shí)現(xiàn)粗洗、漂洗、精洗、沖洗出塞自動(dòng)完成，人機(jī)界面顯示運(yùn)行方式和在各工步運(yùn)行部件組合狀態(tài)，
如果不進(jìn)行自動(dòng)運(yùn)行可在人機(jī)界面上進(jìn)行手動(dòng)操作進(jìn)行清洗工作。由于洗滌自動(dòng)出塞在同一箱中完成沒(méi)有污染。
采用進(jìn)口變頻器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)速度隨意調(diào)節(jié)，洗滌參數(shù)可根據(jù)工藝要求在人機(jī)界面上設(shè)定。水泵采用丹麥進(jìn)口格蘭富運(yùn)行安全可靠。機(jī)構(gòu)上接觸膠塞部位均采用（316L）材質(zhì)，期于采用1Gr18Ni9Ti采制，實(shí)際新穎*，外型美觀(guān)，符合國(guó)家GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本機(jī)是機(jī)電一體化的產(chǎn)品，適用于大、中、小型輸液制劑藥廠(chǎng)膠塞清洗的設(shè)備。
我廠(chǎng)可根據(jù)用戶(hù)技術(shù)要求設(shè)計(jì)制造各種規(guī)格清洗設(shè)備。

INTRUODUTION:
DJQX-series multi-functions transfusion rubber stopper cleaner is special equipment applied to pharmaceutical industry for cleaning butyl rubber stoppers of transfusion bottles.
The main parts of the machine are all made of lower carbon stainless steel, main transmission device, cycling pump and electric control are adopted program control i.e. man-machine interface showing running status and records of sterilizing process are printed synchronously following the whole sterilizing procedure. The electronic components are all adopted overseas’ and native famous company’s products; sealing rings are selected hot-proof, nontoxic silicon-rubber and PTFE materials; surfaces of cleaning box and bucket are all grinded and mirror polished. The performance characteristics of the machine are that it changes the previous independent operating process of glue-plug cleaning, silicifying, drying and sterilizing into one all enclosed cleaning box i.e. the working procedure of materials in to out finished in one machine. Meanwhile, the operation of whole process is controlled by PLC program which can be operated automatically or manually. Man-machine interface showing running state; you can select running data which operation is very convenient. Because finishing continuously without middle-attaches in one machine, cleaning, sterilizing and sending out of glue-plugs, thus avoiding the cross-infection and have reliable cleaning quality, so the glue-plugs being cleaned and sterilized compley are conformed to the “GMP” regulation of national drug production and administration and can be applied to production.
