FD系列低溫箱是化學(xué)，物理，生物，醫(yī)學(xué)，冶金工業(yè)，儀器儀表電器行業(yè)等領(lǐng)域中，從事低溫科研，生產(chǎn)的重要檢測(cè)，培養(yǎng)，食品速凍等領(lǐng)域。
       FD系列低溫箱箱體外殼采用聚胺脂整體發(fā)泡，保溫性能好，箱體有立和臥式兩種，箱體外殼采用噴塑彩鋼板，內(nèi)膽工作室采用ICr18Ni9Ti,工作溫度為－40℃，－60℃，℃，－80℃。工作室容積為200L，400L，600L。系統(tǒng)均有超壓、過(guò)流保護(hù)；特別在低溫雙級(jí)機(jī)中利用智能溫控儀使開(kāi)機(jī)能保證高溫機(jī)蒸發(fā)溫度在一定溫度下，低溫機(jī)才能起動(dòng)。并且在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中保證高溫機(jī)先開(kāi)后停，低溫機(jī)后開(kāi)先停。同時(shí)大量減少電器零件，提高運(yùn)行可靠性。由于本公司采用*發(fā)泡工藝，故工作容積、尺寸及形狀均可按用戶(hù)需要制造。
        FGD系列高是在FD系列上進(jìn)一步配置電熱管，更能擴(kuò)大使用范圍。公用一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)換開(kāi)關(guān)，即可使用。

FD series is the main device for researching, producing in lower temperature whichwidely used in the field of chemical, physical, biology, medicinal, metallurgy, instrument, electrinal. It can be used for cryogenic store, test, inspection, and food deep freeze.
    FD series cryostat have a good performance of temperature prevention by adopting polyurethane wholly frothing up. There are two types of cabinet:vertical and horizontal. The shell of cabinet is made of spray plastic color steel which inner using Icrl8Ni9Ti. The working temperature is –40℃，-60℃，-80℃. The  working volume is 200L, 400L, and 600L. It has over voltage and over currency protection. Especially in low temperature double temperature control system, The inligent temperature controller can gusrantee high temperature machine at the certain temperature, then low temperature machine stan. Meanwhile, it can ensure high temperature machine first stah last close, low temperature machine later ster, forth lose. The running reliability is improved by reduced amount of electrical componced. FD series adopting advanced frothing up mothed, so the working room volume, size and appearance can be made to customer’s demand.
